New Home in Scotia, NY

I spent the last week in the US, mostly visiting M at his (our) new house in Scotia, NY. It's just a rental, but we're hoping to like it enough to stay a while. On the main floor there are two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a porch, a kitchen and eating area, and there is a guest bedroom and office space in the finished attic. It also has a pretty big basement, but it's just for storage and the laundry machines.

The sign in the window of the house across the street offers piano lessons and their next door neighbors have nice sunflowers. The people in Scotia seemed like pretty down-to-earth family-types.
