I know now that I have assimilated to the ranks of urban apartment dwellers.
I cooked an animal weighing less than three pounds.
In a toaster oven.
It was actually pretty good, in a way that only roast chicken and gravy can be.
But I forgot to buy the potatoes for the gravy.

Oh! I have exactly that toaster oven in my kitchen. I hope you post more recipes... maybe that will give me the confidence to actually use it. So far, I've only made stove top dishes.
